Chapter 50: The Goblin Priestess' Fall.

Last chapter, King Gurubunder of the Goblins and Prince Darius of Alleron reached a stalemate, with Darius between Gurubunder and his son, Blendrard.  The King refused the Prince's demands for fealty...

Hi, friends!  When you finish reading, please take a second to fill out this character survey!  I'll remind you at the end!

Hey, everyone.  I just wanted to send my condolences out once again to the family, friends, and fans of Kentaro Miura.  Myself included.  I wrote my detailed thoughts about it on my website's blog.  I started last chapter off with a reference to "#2 Strongest Fantasy Comic," because Berserk dubbed itself "#1 Strongest Fantasy Comic."  I never imagined this would be the way that things worked out, and Miura's passing definitely helped inspire me to get Chapter 50 done.

It's a terrible note to turn and celebrate fifty chapters on, but fifty chapters, we have indeed reached!  I want to thank all of you who are taking the time out to read this comic.  I know some of the early ones are really short, and don't necessarily count as chapters, and I guess if I could do it all again I would have made them all shorter chapters.  If this is your first time here, well, I hope you enjoyed Chapter 50 and are looking forward to the next things we have set up!  Soon, we're wrapping up the Goblin Fortress Arc and moving on to our next one.  Two Concepts, Three Words:

"Tournament Training Arc."

Yep, we're doing that next, and it'll be glorious.

Anyway, if you haven't already, please fill out the character survey!  Thank you!

This is probably the longest chapter I've produced, to date.  And, I have no concrete idea how Chapter 50 (Is it really gonna be Chapter 50!) will go, other than to say, "It will involve parallel epic battles."

After all, Gurubunder is likely going to be fighting Darius, while Bandihutu is in a mage-duel with Veyron;  but there are also plenty of other characters still present at the battle, ready to help the Prince - or, maybe there are Goblins as-yet unseen!

What will Chapter 50 bring?

Only time will tell!

Thank you for reading!

Chapter 48: Breaking The Siege!

Hey everyone!

I hope you enjoyed this chapter of Chronicles Of Alleron.  I've spent a lot of time working on it, so take it for what it's worth, I guess.

I won't go into detail, but it looks like I'm going to have a lot of tough times ahead.  I'd like to just reiterate my many pleas that if you enjoy the comic (and only if you can afford to), toss a buck or two my way on Patreon.  Or, go to my Amazon page and buy one of my novels or short stories!  Any support would be really appreciated, and if you let me know what you think of the comic that'd be even better.

Happy holidays, if you celebrate!

No New Chapter - Characters Page Updates!

 Hey, friends,

I hope you're all doing well.  Today has been a good day, I think.  At least, so far!

As part of my National Novel Writing Month "General Productivity Efforrt," I've spent a great deal of time going through the Chronicles of Alleron characters pages and writing in details that haven't been updated in, oh, years.

I've organized characters into which organizations they're part of.  I know, that sentence was weird.  Here's the point:  Samuel, Victoria, and Monica are "Alleronian Expeditionary Force" because - for the most part - that's where we've seen them in the story, thusfar; Biran isn't included with the AEF, mainly because he was introduced as a Pirate of Privateer Point.  For another example, Prince Darius is in the "Bluefield Company" section, even though I'm working on an entry for the Royal Family.  When necessary I'll link between articles, or even copy over text and add references.

I realize a wiki page might be a better solution to this, and I'm not entirely bad at making wikis, but I don't know off-hand how to successfully integrate it with this site.  Sorry!  Maybe when CoA is a profitable venture?

Anyway, I hope you enjoy!

My warmest regards,
